Summer Activities

The 4 week holiday programme for this year was a great success with all spaces being filled, Trips to Blackwell Court, Drayton Manor, Bowling in Telford as well as litter picking and a sponsered walk for Help the Heroes, so £234.80 has been collected in and more to come.

Charity Walk

Knife Amnesty

We ran a Knife Amnesty in July 2008 after reading about people getting stabbed almost daily for 2 weeks. We have 4 knives handed in and anther 2 weeks later along with an air rifle. Weston Coach Trip

Saturday 13th June we took  pensioners some pensioners from around the Old St Andrews Area to Weston Super Mare. The day was very hot and bright, we did have a light shower for while we were waiting for the coach to come back.

May 2009

May holiday activity week began with a day at Full Throttle, second day was a Litter Pick at St Andrews Church, Netherton. Many of the children wish to go back again to clean and weed the graves. Third day was a trip to the Tile and Pottery Museums at Iron Bridge.

February 2009

The first weeks holiday programme consisted of Laser Quest, a Litter Pick at Saltwells Nature Reserve and the childrens favorite, Wolf Mountain.

Pensioners at Blackpool

On this trip to Blackpool we took the Youth Pact with us to help look after any pension who needed help as Blackpool is a large place. Not a very bright day but everyone enjoyed themselves.

Last week in the Summer Holidays 2008

This week started with a washed out sports day as we had storm after storm, we did a Litter Pick at Netherton Park and the last day was everyone's best day, Drayton Manor.
